We sail along the coast of the Cap de Creus Nature Park, passing by Cala Jóncols, Cap Norfeu, seeing the rock named ‘the Cat,’ and if weather permits we enter the Tamariu cave. Then we pass by the small coves of the Nature Park to reach the point of the Cap de Creus, a rugged, rocky headland rising to 672 m above the Mediterranean Sea, forming a small, hilly peninsula carved by countless chasms that form small coves oriented according to the structure of the masses of slate. Returning, we enter the bay of Port Lligat, where we can view the Salvador Dalí House-Museum from the boat, and then we reach Cadaqués, where we make a 90-minute stop to explore this supremely picturesque fishing town.

The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Palamós. From there, we headed to Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dalí. There, you visit the Dalí Theater-Museum, a museum dedicated entirely to the painter Salvador Dalí located in the Plaza Gala-Salvador Dalí, the artist bequeathed in his will an enormous amount of works of art to the Spanish State, which were distributed among this museum and the Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid After the visit to the Dalí Theatre-Museum, the tour continues to Sant Pere de Rodes, a Romanesque monastery located in the Cap de Creus Natural Park. We will visit the Sant Ferran castle, a fortress that was built in the 18th century. Its colossal dimensions, and its more than three kilometers of perimeter, make it one of the largest in Europe. Pals is a medieval town, full of vaults, horseshoe arches, doorways and Romanesque and Gothic windows, with vestiges with more than 1000 years old. Walking its walls will transport us to the very middle ages Pals, it is surrounded by rice fields, which generate an amazing landscape during flowering. We will continue the route to the city of Girona, known as the city of the 4 rivers, with its own history, and a charming historical center. Next we visit the Arab baths of Girona, built in the 12th century and located inside the convent of the Capuchins. Then we go to the Walls of Girona, used as a defense of the city against possible invaders, today a privileged place where you can enjoy a unique view of Girona. Stop for lunch. We will continue on our way back to Platja d'Aro, 5 km from the Cruise Terminal, for some last purchases. Return to Palamos.
