Scenic Tour of the Pikes Peak Highway (November thru April)

This guided tour is truly the best experience of Pikes Peak with the most relaxed schedule available. Our tour guide drivers are very friendly, safe, and knowledgable with a full explanation of interesting facts and stories throughout the entire tour. Our passenger vans are roomy and comfortable. Multiple stops are made along the Pikes Peak Highway at various scenic overlooks and structures on the way to the summit at 14,115 ft high. Additional stops can be requested for photo opportunities, wildlife spotting, and extra restroom breaks. ***Getting to the summit of Pikes Peak is never a guarantee! Snow, ice on the road, high wind gusts, low visibility, and other factors determine how much of the Pikes Peak Highway will be open at any given moment. This tour will go as far as we are safely permitted to do so. If the summit is closed (which can happen frequently during the months of Nov.-Apr.), we add the following: Garden of the Gods, Gold Camp Road, or Cheyenne Canyon to the tour. ***

WASHINGTON ST AGRICULTURE, Apples & Irrigation

You will be amazed at the variety of landscapes and terrain you will see in one day in Washington. Orchards with fruit of the season: Apples, cherries, apricots, and pears. You'll see wheat fields and vineyards, potatoes, and hops. Then you'll see a fascinating landscape; a huge dry waterfall and deep canyon, and drive into the canyon. Stop and feel the minerals in Soap Lake and the heat of the semi-arid climate on this wonderous experience if sights and scenes.

Bulgaria in one day: Veliko Tarnovo, Bacho Kiro Cave and Dryanovo Monastery

Only one hour from Bucharest, Bulgaria is waiting to be revealed. The medieval fortress of Tsarevets in Veliko Tarnovo included in the UNESCO heritage with the cobbled streets and a unique view. The Dryanovo Monastery is a step back in time; if Orthodoxy, it's an unknown religion for you, here you can feel the spirit of ancient times. The highlight of the day is the Bacho Kiro Cave. The cave is a labyrinth of galleries and corridors where you feel like a fairy-tale underground world. With an approximate age of 46,000 years, human fossils found here are the oldest known in Europe. The entire area with the canyons of the Andaka and Dryanovo River it's one of the unspoiled nature corners of Europe.
