Museo Atlántico is the only underwater sculpture museum in Europe. For those people who do not have a dive license, we offer a special program to visit the Museo Atlántico. The program consists of three sections and takes 5 hours in total. It begins with a try dive from the shore. For this first dive we explain the most important dive theory in a 20 minute safety briefing. You will then dive from the shore with one of our instructors to a maximum depth of 6 meters. After completing this dive, you will learn a few basic dive skills in the pool together with your instructor. After a short break we board the boat to the Museo Atlántico. The sculptures are at a depth of 14 meters. As this is your second dive you are not allowed to dive deeper than 12 meters. We will organize a dive with a private guide to keep you at 12 meters. At this depth, you will have a perfect view of the statues.

Scuba diving tour (must show proof of dive certification) in Playa Hermosa, Gulf of Papagayo. The dive sites are perfect for beginners, certified divers, and students. Night and long-range dives to the Catalina Islands are offered for certified divers. Advanced Diver Certification is required for long-range dives to the Bat Islands (Park fees are additional if going to Bat Islands).

Scuba dive without a certification! ​​There is nothing like breathing underwater for the very first time! It takes a little time getting used to it, but after a few minutes of breathing through a regulator most participants realize how easy scuba diving really is. The biggest challenge instructors have with the Try Scuba Diving is not getting participants into the water, but getting them out when the program is over. For certified divers. Choose from 1 – 10 boat dives in Tenerife – with dive prices dropping as low as 44 Euros per dive when making 10 dives or more. If this is your first experience of diving in Tenerife, you are in for a wonderful surprise. New visitors are frequently delighted by the marine life and the truly dramatic volcanic rock formations. 2 or 3 daily boat dives are available and, as you return to the harbour after each trip, you have complete flexibility to choose 1 or 2 or 3 dives per day. Group sizes are restricted to 4-6 divers per guide.

The Museo Atlántico –  consists of 10 different groups of sculptures. There is the Rubicon, a group of 35 human figures walking towards a wall. The models used for these sculptures are residents of Lanzarote. You can also see the famous Raft of Lampedusa, a reference to the current refugee crisis. Another component is a group of children in little brass boats, called Los Jolateros. Also, there are several hybrid sculptures (half human, half cactus) depicting the merging of nature and humanity, existing together in perfect harmony. The sculptures of a couple taking a selfie and some photographers refer to the use of technology in modern society. Deregulated is a playground in which businessmen in suits play on a swing and a seesaw. The last piece is a human gyre which consists of 200 life-size sculptures placed in a never ending circle.

Come join one of blue water’s guides on our fantastic dive sites. We have a wide range of reefs, wreck and walls that will suit all levels of divers, and we are always looking for new and exciting sites to take our clients too.

We are leaving from a private deck for a guided two tank boat dive around the Island Roqueta where is about 15 minutes away from our dive resort. After the first dive we have a break where we including a snack and beverage.

Enjoy a daily double tank dive trip for certified divers! With nearly 20 dive sites to choose from, there is something to suit everyone – reefs, canyons, caverns, wrecks and wall dives, there are sites for beginner to advanced divers.

Wait you all day exciting dive trip. This program gives you the opportunity to experience the underwater world, in a confined water and open water setting – without committing to a longer certification program. If you decide to become an Open Water Diver within six months of completing your Basic Diver program, your first open water dive will be credited as one of the required training dives.
